How a Toolblox engagement actually runs.
Four phases. Audit, architect, ship, operate. Each phase has a fixed deliverable and a fixed thing we need from you. We do this every engagement, no exceptions.
Audit the asset and the deal.
We sit with the people who actually move the asset. We map deal logic, jurisdiction, custody, and the edge cases the SOP does not mention. The output is a digital twin of how the asset works today and where tokenization is reachable, blocked, or needs a workaround.
- Audit report covering deal mechanics, custody, jurisdiction, and identified risks
- Risk and edge-case map, including unlock cliffs, treasury gaps, oracle exposure
- Recommendation on whether to proceed, scope, and roughly what it will cost
- Access to the operators who actually touch the asset
- Existing legal docs, custody arrangements, and deal mechanics
- Two scheduled working sessions (60 to 90 minutes each)
Architect the workflow with AI.
AI takes the audit and proposes a tokenization workflow. Our team picks the deterministic steps from the judgment steps and locks the spec. We choose pre-verified modules where they exist and design custom only where the asset truly demands it. Auditors get involved here, not at the end.
- Workflow spec covering states, transitions, actors, and cashflows
- Module list mapping each step to a pre-verified or custom module
- Audit pre-engagement so the auditor reads the spec, not surprise code
- Sign-off on the deterministic versus judgment split
- Sign-off on the chain selection and custody model
- Approval to engage the audit firm we propose
Compose modules and deploy.
Pre-verified modules compose into the contract. Auditors see known-good code, not novel Solidity. We deploy to testnet, run the audit, fix what comes back, deploy to production chains under your custody. No reveal. No fanfare. The token goes live the day it makes sense to go live.
- Live token on the chain or chains your asset already lives on
- Audit report from the audit firm you signed off in phase 02
- Operational runbook covering monitoring, governance, and emergency paths
- Custody setup or hardware wallet readiness for the deploy keys
- Counterparty introductions if oracles, custodians, or partners are needed
Operate the live system.
Every system we deploy we operate alongside you. Governance proposals, contract upgrades, monitoring, dispute paths, edge-case response. The teams that hand off and disappear are the reason this market has a credibility problem. We do not hand off.
- Twelve months of operations: governance, upgrades, monitoring, edge-case response
- Quarterly review against the metrics that actually matter (cycle time, error rate, throughput)
- Renewal at month nine if the metrics support it; otherwise a clean handoff plan
- On-call counterpart on your side for governance decisions
- Access to the dashboards and signal sources we agreed in phase 02
One method, four phases, no exceptions.
Same playbook for stablecoins, funds, prediction markets, and DePIN. The asset changes. The method does not.
