Four phases: assess, architect, ship, operate. Each has a fixed deliverable and a fixed list of what we need from you, and you can stop after any of them. You can also start earlier, with an analysis of which area fits your business. Phase 02 ends in a working prototype.
Assess the asset and the deal.
We work with the people who handle the asset day to day and map the deal logic, jurisdiction, custody, and edge cases. The result describes how the asset works today and where tokenization is possible, blocked, or needs a workaround.

Architect the workflow with AI.
AI takes the assessment and proposes a tokenization workflow. Our team separates the deterministic steps from the judgment steps and fixes the spec. We use pre-verified modules where they exist and design custom modules only where the asset requires them. Auditors review the spec at this stage.

Compose modules and deploy.
Pre-verified modules are composed into the contract, so auditors review known code rather than new Solidity. We deploy to a testnet, run the audit, fix the findings, and deploy to mainnet under your custody.

Operate the live system.
