How we approach it.
Automatic rebalancing of holdings
Index rules, drift thresholds, and rebalance windows enforced on-chain. The fund holds what the policy says it holds, continuously, without a portfolio manager pressing buttons.
Oracle-driven pricing and NAV
Multi-source price feeds, delay buffers, and circuit breakers feed both the rebalance logic and the published NAV. The fund prices itself the same way it trades, with no end-of-day reconciliation gap.
Fractionalization and share-classes
Multi-class structures, transfer restrictions per class, lock-up periods, regulatory caps. Fractional units down to whatever decimals the deal needs. The contract enforces what the offering memo says, not the other way around.
Onboarding and KYC plumbing
Tie your existing KYC vendor to on-chain whitelist or transfer-restriction logic. Investors verify once, transact anywhere the fund is allowed.
Distributions and waterfalls
Pro-rata, hurdle, catch-up, carry. Distribution events triggered on-chain or by the fund admin, depending on what the deal needs.
Redemption and secondary
Redemption queue, NAV updates, secondary transfer rules. Match the legal mechanics of the fund, not a generic platform's defaults.
